This one prooves what I've always suspected: not all Brussels people are lame. Actually, some of them are funky and they do this kind of crazy stuff after work:

I think there is a problem of one-way communication. They did that in order to support the Sakharov prize and they link to it but in that page the video isn't mentioned nor linked at all
